There is a discussion about who the best one-day player in Australia is after David Warner's sixth World Cup century.

Because of the sheer impact Ricky Ponting had, Adam Gilchrist of the YouTube series "Club Prairie Fire" ranked Ricky Ponting higher than Warner. Three World Cup-winning teams included Ponting, also known as Punter: 1999, 2003, and 2007.

According to statistics, Warner has dominated the market, according to Gilchrist. However, I would consider having had the most significant effect in terms of outcomes. Since I played with Ricky Ponting, he is my biased choice.

Along with Sachin Tendulkar, Rohit Sharma's World Cup batting exploits and Virat Kohli's incredible record when chasing targets are sure to spark debates about who the best player in India is. Tendulkar and Warner are tied with six World Cup centuries apiece, while Rohit has seven.

With an all-win record, India has been riding the run-wave of Rohit and Kohli to the top of the table. With Rohit scoring 398 of the 1430 runs India scored in the six matches, they have combined to score 752 of those runs.

The bowlers have punished the middle-order miscue with a methodical and accurate attack. Despite a lackluster batting performance, Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah's phenomenal spell earned a 100-run victory over England.

Rohit is well aware that things might not click on some days. He knows that

the "shocks" and doesn't want his team to think that Thursday's matchup with

It "will be a cakewalk" in Sri Lanka.

As this is the first time the players have faced each other at this location since the 2011 championship, Chris Silverwood, the coach of Sri Lanka, acknowledged that the match will give the players "goosebumps."

However, Rohit does not believe that the epic finale will "be a factor."

India's current and former stars fought for attention at the Wankhede Stadium for a large portion of Wednesday. The current players didn't arrive until after the ceremony, which took up a large portion of Tendulkar's afternoon.

Tendulkar, though, might not have wanted to annoy the players. "I'm enjoying the new style of cricket our team has been playing. He was honest enough to say, "I won't talk further than this and nazar nahi lagaunga.

The players should focus on their campaign, as the Master is the one with the most knowledge of it.
