In the first teaser for the action-thriller Kill, which is backed by Karan Johar and features graphic action scenes, debutante Lakshya's commando uses a blade to slay criminals on the Rajdhani Express in order to save his girlfriend, Tanya Maniktala, and other passengers.

In addition to featuring Raghav Juyal as the antagonist, the minute and forty-second teaser is filled with violence, gore, and nonstop headbashing. Released on Thursday, it begins with a cheerful and carefree scene starring Lakshya and Tanya. The action then switches to the two of them texting each other while seated in separate seats on a nighttime train. However, their joy is fleeting, for terror and dread soon engulf their train journey.

The trailer shows some thugs attacking people inside the train while going on the rampage. With Kill, Lakshya, who is making his acting debut, steps up to the plate and terrorizes them all by himself. Lakshya turns the train travel into a lethal carnage by taking on goons one by one.

Raghav Juyal's character Fani, the deranged black sheep of the gangster dynasty, appears as the night grows more deadly by the moment.

"One evening. Just one train. A single cause to #KILL. Introducing the #KILLTeaser, which features Tanya Maniktala, Raghav Juyal, and Lakshya. under Nikhil Nagesh Bhat's direction. India's theatrical premiere is scheduled for July 5th, according to the movie's official Instagram page.

Kill made its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival the previous year. TIFF wrote, "Kill laces its high-concept premise with familial melodrama that cuts across both sides of the battlelines, inspired by real-life train robberies in India by a class of criminals known as 'dacoits.'" The film's "gory and claustrophobic confines" also evoke memories of Midnight Madness classics like Kim Hongsun's Project Wolf Hunting and Gareth Evans' The Raid.

Kill is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Achin Jain. It was written and directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat. On July 5, Kill is scheduled to open in theaters.
