"Merry Christmas" Now Open for Booking, Promises Genre-Bending Thriller
Vijay Sethupathi, Katrina Kaif Film Hits Theaters Friday in Tamil and Hindi
The makers of Sriram Raghavan's "Merry Christmas" announced on Wednesday that advance reservations are now available.
The movie, which stars Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif, will open in theaters on Friday.
"Merry Christmas" is a film produced by Tips Films and Matchbox Pictures. It is described as "a genre-defying tale" and was filmed in Tamil and Hindi with separate supporting casts.
"Attend the suspenseful celebration promptly! Pre-booking for #MerryChristmas is now open. Move quickly! In theaters on January 12," the announcement on Tips Films' official X page stated.
The Tamil version of "Merry Christmas" has Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams in the same roles as the Hindi original, which also includes Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand.
Pari, a young actor, is also introduced in the movie.
"Merry Christmas" was produced by Ramesh Taurani, Jaya Taurani, Sanjay Routray, and Kewal Garg. Ashwini Kalsekar and Radhika Apte also made brief appearances.
