Michael Vaughan Hails Shoaib Bashir as England's New Spin Sensation

Even though off-spinner Shoaib Bashir has only played two Tests, Michael Vaughan is certain that he is a "world-class superstar" with the ability to succeed at the same high levels as Ravichandran Ashwin.

In the fourth Test in Ranchi, England lost by five wickets, but 20-year-old Shields made an impression by taking eight wickets in the match. He claimed five wickets in the first innings of the match.
