Mouni Roy and Badshah Set Stage on Fire in "Class" Music Video for New Series "Showtime"

In the music video for the Showtime song Class, which features scenes from the new Disney+ Hotstar series starring Naseeruddin Shah and Emraan Hashmi, as well as the rapper dressed in red, Mouni Roy grooves to Badshah's lyrics.

This is the first time that Badshah and Mouni have worked together. The one-minute, 36-second video, which was released on Wednesday, features the two dancing on stage during a shoot. Badshah looked gorgeous in a sparkly red pantsuit, while Mouni opted for a tassel minidress and purple boots. In the chorus, Badshah compliments Mouni on her sophisticated appearance and demeanor while sporting multicolored feathered wings on his back.

Emraan Hashmi, who portrays a powerful film producer, arrives on the set shortly after the chorus and observes Badshah and Mouni's performance. Badshah tells Emraan at the conclusion of the video that he wants to create the music for his next movie.

Diesby, Nikita Gandhi, and Badshah sing class. Diesby and Badshah wrote and produced the song together.

"Is there a program on Bollywood or are you a nasty boy? Not possible! Dietsby x Badshah ft. Nikhita Gandhi features Mouni Roy and Emraan Hashmi turning up the heat. Dhamatic Entertainment founder Karan Johar posted the music video on Instagram along with a message.

Directed by Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar, Showtime was created by Sumit Roy. Following the success of Karan's celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan, which is now available for streaming on the platform, this series will be the second joint venture between Dharmatic Entertainment and Disney+ Hotstar.

On March 8, Showtime will debut on Disney+ Hotstar.
