Yash Raj Films Extends Nostalgia Film Festival, Showcasing Shah Rukh Khan Classics

The Nostalgia Film Festival by Yash Raj Films (YRF) has been extended from February 9 to February 15. Selected PVR-INOX theaters will play Shah Rukh Khan films Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabbatein, and Veer-Zaara at a reduced price of Rs 112.
On Thursday, the production firm announced the news on X. An extended #NostalgiaFilmFestival ????—a journey down memory lane with your favorite films—has been announced. YRF's Nostalgia Film Festival, which starred Shah Rukh in films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Dil To Pagal Hai, and Chak De India, kicked off on January 19 and continued through January 22.
Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Aditya Chopra's directorial debut, was released in 1995 and is considered a turning point in the careers of Shah Rukh and Kajol, who went on to become the most adored onscreen duo in Bollywood at the time.
Mohabbatein (2000), which was also directed by Aditya Chopra, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. It tells the tale of an implacable principal (Amitabh) at odds with a lovable music instructor (Shah Rukh).
2004 saw the debut of Veer-Zaara, a film that revolves on the developing romance between an Indian pilot and a Pakistani girl. Following its release, the Yash Chopra-directed movie brought around Rs 105 crore at the box office. Preity Zinta, Rani Mukherji, Amitabh Bachchan, and Manoj Bajpayee are also included.
