PM Modi to Address Rally in Mahabubnagar on Sunday, Attack Congress and BRS

On Sunday afternoon, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak before a crowd in Mahabubnagar, and his remarks are anticipated to include new criticisms of both the Congress and the Telangana government's BRS.

The people of Telangana are sick of "lackluster governance," he claimed in a message uploaded on his social media platform "X" (formerly Twitter), and they also have a low opinion of Congress.

"Tomorrow, October 1, I will speak at a @BJP4Telangana rally in Mahbubnagar. The Telangana people are sick with BRS's mediocre leadership. They have the same level of mistrust for Congress. He claimed in the statement that both BRS and Congress are dynastic parties with no interest in helping the populace.

There was no prearranged meeting between the state leaders and Modi, according to a top Telangana BJP official, although the prime minister may speak with them briefly during the airport welcome ceremony.

"The gathering will serve as the official start of the party's Telangana election campaign. "He (the PM) would convey to the populace a strong and clear message," the BJP leader said.

The PM's speech is also likely to focus on the changes that the NDA government brought about in the nation during the previous nine years.

In addition to the gathering, party sources claimed that Modi would practically lay the cornerstone for a number of construction projects costing more than Rs 13,500 crore.

According to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the Prime Minister will arrive in the Mahabubnagar district around 2.15 pm and dedicate to the country and lay the cornerstone for numerous development projects totaling Rs 13,545 crore in crucial industries like higher education, petroleum and natural gas, and rail.

On October 3, Modi will also speak at a public gathering and unveil new projects in Nizamabad.

The trips of the PM take on political importance as the state prepares for assembly elections, which are anticipated to be held in November or December.

On October 3, a team of "top officials" from the Indian Election Commission is planned to visit Telangana to review election readiness and interact with various stakeholders.

In the meantime, Telangana BJP President and Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy on Saturday criticized Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for allegedly disregarding the Prime Minister's programs with reference to a number of development initiatives.
