Ranbir Kapoor's Animal Outpaces Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur in Advance Bookings
Ranbir Kapoor's upcoming film "Animal" has taken the lead in advance bookings over Vicky Kaushal's "Sam Bahadur," with over 2 lakh tickets sold compared to 18,000 tickets in the past 24 hours, according to box office data collection platform Sacnilk.
Both films are set to clash at the box office on December 1st. Despite its 'A' certification from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), "Animal" has received an overwhelming response in advance bookings, with nearly 95,000 tickets sold for Day 1 on BookMyShow alone.
States like Delhi, Maharashtra, and Telangana are leading the way in pre-sales, while Karnataka and West Bengal are also showing strong interest.
"Sam Bahadur," which tells the story of India's first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, has managed to sell over 18,000 tickets for Day 1, with 7,500 tickets sold on BookMyShow.
"Animal" also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Rashmika Mandanna, while "Sam Bahadur" features Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, and Neeraj Kabi.
