With five wickets, leg spinner Sobhana Asha was the most effective bowler for the RCB. Her flight and finesse kept the hitters guessing, and she was magnificent.

The way they approached the last quarter of their pursuit will not sit well with the Warriorz. Despite having the game under control, they made too many rash plays that ultimately led to their downfall. Four of their top five got off to a good start but couldn't sustain it.

Earlier, Richa Ghosh and Sabbhineni Meghana scored timely fifties to help RCB reach 157 for six.

After being selected to bat first, RCB recovered from a poor 54 for three in 7.5 overs because to the contributions of Richa (62 off 37 balls, 12x4) and Meghana (53 off 44 balls, 7x4, 1x6), who contributed 71 runs for the fourth wicket in 50 balls.

Richa and Meghana both took their time getting used to their alliance after realizing the circumstances, but once they set their sights on each other, the RCB duo never looked back.

Meghana struck left-arm spinner Rajeshwari Gayakwad with a lofted shot over extra cover for a six that was well timed and executed.

Richa, who thrashed pacer Saima Thakor for sixteen runs in the 14th over, got her fifty off forty balls, and she shortly after hit her personal milestone off 31 balls with a four off Tahlia McGrath.

When Gayakwad had Meghana stumped by Alyssa Healy, the alliance was shattered. However, prior to that unwavering stand, Ellyse Perry, Sophie Devine, and RCB captain Smriti Mandhana found it difficult to accept the slow pace of the course.

With only 42 runs scored in the last five overs, the RCB's hopes were not fulfilled.
