The creators of Vidhu Vinod Chopra's biopic 12th Fail, which stars Vikrant Massey and Medha Shankar, have announced on social media that tickets are now priced at Rs 100 to commemorate the film's 100 days of theatrical release.

Come celebrate with us as we mark 100 days after the triumphant premiere of 12th Fail in theaters. See our movie on a huge screen for only ₹100," the producers said with a banner.

October 27 of last year saw the theatrical debut of 12th Fail. With a rating of 9.2 out of 10, the film swiftly became the highest-rated Indian film ever on IMDb after making its Disney+ Hotstar premiere on December 29.

In terms of ratings, 12th Fail outperformed some of the highest-grossing Hollywood movies from the previous year, including Barbie and Oppenheimer. Numerous Bollywood actors and directors, including Rohit Shetty, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt, praised the movie.

12th Fail tells the inspirational tale of Manoj Kumar Sharma (Vikrant), who overcome hardship to realize his ambition of becoming an IPS officer, and is based on a biography by Anurag Pathak. Medha portrays Shraddha Joshi, Manoj's romantic interest, in the movie.

Anshumaan Pushkar, Priyanshu Chatterjee, and Anant V. Joshi all play significant parts in the movie. Joshi and Sharma make brief appearances in the film.
