In the teaser for Guy Ritchie's espionage comedy The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, Henry Cavill plays a charming agent who heads a secret organization in the UK established during World War II to track down Nazis using “ungentlemanly” warfare methods.

The espionage comedy, which is based on newly leaked British War Department papers, marks Ritchie and the Man of Steel actor's second collaboration. They had previously worked together on the movie The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (2015).

Lionsgate Movies released a two-minute, five-second teaser on Tuesday. It features a "motley crew of rogues and mavericks" that British Prime Minister Winston Churchill assembled for a risky mission during World War II. It presents us to Gus March-Phillips, played by Cavill, a charming crook freed from jail for spearheading the expedition.

Churchill characterizes Cavill's Gus as a "reckless" guy who takes on perilous missions and sometimes disobeys commands to stop. He assembles a group of six people and embarks on a "unauthorised" and "unsanctioned" expedition to destroy the German U-boats in the North Atlantic.

According to the official film description, "their audacious approach ultimately changed the course of the war and laid the foundation for the British SAS and modern Black Ops warfare."

In addition to Cavill, The Ministry Of Ungentlemanly Warfare stars Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Babs Olusanmokun, Henrique Zaga, Til Schweiger, Eiza González, Alan Ritchson, Cary Elwes, and Henry Golding.

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, which is supported by the makers of Top Gun: Maverick, Pirates of the Caribbean, and National Treasure, is set to release in theaters on April 19. Prior to that, Caville and Dua Lipa will be seen in the February 2 release of the espionage thriller Argylle.
