Kapil Dev Commends BCCI's Stand on Domestic Cricket Commitment

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has received praise from Kapil Dev for enforcing the "much-needed" stringent measure of requiring the national players to dedicate time to local cricket.
