A revitalized Australia will aim for another commanding performance against a tenacious Netherlands in a World Cup encounter on Wednesday. This effort will be aided by the return of David Warner and Mitch Marsh's batting form.

After hitting the goal posts on Monday, there is a lot of hope for Travis Head's recovery from a hand injury, and Australia will be hoping to use him against the Netherlands.

The five-time winners had a rough start to their campaign, but they turned it around with two strong performances against Sri Lanka and Pakistan. However, they are well aware that they cannot afford to underestimate the Dutch in what is quickly becoming a World Cup of surprises.

One of the success stories of this major competition was the Netherlands, who astonished South Africa in Dharamsala.

However, it will require work to defeat Australia.

Australia's comeback can be attributed to their top-order batting strength, spinner Adam Zampa's resurgence, and pacemen Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc's steady play.

"I believe that everyone would have addressed that on their own. To be completely honest, I thought Pakistan's bowlers did an excellent job, and they provided us with some guidance at the finish of the innings, Marsh said.

"They're a very good outfit and... they came back strongly, and you expect that from teams like Pakistan."
