Teaser for Vikrant Massey and Mouni Roy's Thriller "Blackout" Unveiled by JioCinema
Sunil Grover Joins the Suspense-Filled Ride in Upcoming Film
JioCinema released the first trailer for Blackout, the next movie starring Vikrant Massey and Mouni Roy, on Tuesday.
The one-minute trailer, which also stars comedian-actor Sunil Grover, opens with Vikrant smashing his car into another car while a foreboding voiceover plays in the background. Vikrant is wearing a raincoat. Vikrant discovers that the vehicle he crashed into is stocked with cash and gold that has been smuggled as he exits his own vehicle and looks it over. The smugglers inside the overturned car appear to be unconscious when he plunders it in the following scene.
In the scenes that follow, Vikrant is seen grinning smugly and sporting a curling moustache. In the middle of a combat scenario, Mouni appears perplexed, while Sunil appears to have abducted someone. "Ek raat ka suffer (one night's suffering)" is the slogan, which alludes to a crazy night filled with excitement, automobile chases, and gunfights.
The movie's poster was also released recently by the producers. In the photo, Sunil is grinning and holding a spade, while Vikrant and Mouni appear surprised. In contrast, Saurabh Ghadge and Karan Sonawane appear confused as they sit inside a scarlet automobile.

Blackout, which was produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Niraj Kothari, will be available for streaming on JioCinema on June 7. Abbas Dalal, Hussain Dalal, and Devang Bhavsar wrote the script for the movie.
Vikrant, who received praise for his portrayal in Vidhu Vinod Chopra's 2023 film 12th Fail, is also slated to act with Raashii Khanna and Ridhi Dogra in The Sabarmati Report. The last time Mouni was seen, she was with Naseeruddin Shah and Emraan Hashmi on the Disney+ Hotstar series Showtime.
