Alia Bhatt Shares Behind-the-Scenes Glimpses of Met Gala 2024 Preparation
Actress Stuns in Sabyasachi Sari at Manhattan's Prestigious Event
On Thursday, Alia Bhatt revealed a series of behind-the-scenes photos showing her getting ready to walk the red carpet at the Met Gala, which takes place in Manhattan on May 6.
The first image is a sepia-toned collage of the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress getting ready for an event. Her dramatic hairstyle, bare lips, and kohl-rimmed eyes are all in close-up view in the collage.
In the next slide, Alia showed a video that was playing classical music. The first scene features the actress getting into a car while wearing a mint green sari designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Later, footage shows her ascending the steps inside the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Along with posing for the camera while wearing the dress, it also shows her getting her cosmetics done.

The third image is from a hotel photo shoot she did before hitting the New York red carpet.
The final image shows Alia strolling along a broad ledge in her hotel room with a view of New York's enormous buildings. The floor is given the appearance of water ripples by the floral designs and her sari's fabric.
Soni Razdan, Alia's mother, was astounded by her appearance. "Beautiful and ethereal," she said. Red heart emojis were released by Archies actor Mihir Ahuja, who was praised by fans for her attractiveness. Alia appears to be a royal queen, an admirer remarked in the comments.
The Dear Zindagi actress wore a Sabyasachi sari that was made by 163 craftsmen and fit the Met Gala theme of The Garden of Time this year. It is Alia's second time attending the yearly fundraising gala. She debuted the previous year wearing a Prabal Gurung gown that had over a million pearls on it.
