Amit Shah Urges Bengal BJP's IT Cell for Intensive Campaign on Ram Temple Opening

Amit Shah, the union home minister, allegedly requested on Tuesday that the Bengal BJP's IT cell and social media team quicken their campaign for the opening of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
On January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to open the Ram temple with much fanfare.
Shah gave a presentation on how to run a campaign to promote the opening of the Ram temple at a meeting at the National Library here with over 1,500 social media and IT cell workers from all across the state.
The opposition had claimed that the Ram temple's opening date will remain a secret. We have publicly said that on January 22, Modiji will let devotees inside. The opposition, which included Trinamul, opposed the temple's establishment. We are delighted that the temple is nearly finished and that Modiji will dedicate it, a source who attended the meeting said of Shah.
The BJP intends to broadcast live across the state the opening of the Ram temple and Narendra Modi's inaugural address. From January 1 to January 15, the saffron ecosystem is organizing a campaign to distribute invitation cards for the Ram temple inauguration to at least 50 lakh households.
In addition to citing "corruption" as one of the concerns against Trinamul, Shah said that the BJP will rely on social media cells to help it campaign in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and advocated for the advancement of government welfare programs.
A source cited Shah as stating, "The level of corruption during Didi's (Mamata Banerjee) tenure has reached such a level that people of Bengal have started saying that the Communists were better."
Shah also requested a more extensive social media campaign promoting the claim that Bengal was not denied welfare programs by the Modi administration.
