On Sunday, the Salman Khan-hosted television reality series Bigg Boss returned for its 17th season. During the launch, this year's competitors were introduced, and a new set of rules were revealed. Weekend Ka Vaar episodes will air on Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. on Colors, with the show airing Monday through Friday at 10 p.m. On the JioCinema app, viewers may now enjoy live streaming constantly.

Bigg Boss House is transformed into a Gothic mansion.

In contrast to the opulent décor of previous seasons, the Bigg Boss 17 home has a distinctly old and gothic feel. The foundational design of the house is defined by brick walls and stone floors, bringing it in a simpler and more rustic direction.

The demands made by Mannara Chopra

Mannara Chopra, Priyanka Chopra's cousin, was the first participant to take the Bigg Boss 17 stage. She entered the room in a red sari and danced to the tune of Saami Saami. Later, Mannara and Salman danced to Lal Dupatta, Priyanka and Salman's famous song. Mannara revealed her special requests for her time in the Bigg Boss house, which included weekly trips with her pals, a trip to the salon, and nail services.

Fun humor from Munawar Faruqui

The second participant, Munawar Faruqui, immediately added humor to the program. He jokingly asserted that he had been offered the host position for the previous season but turned it down because, in his words, "tere jaise 36 aayenge" (there are 36 others like you). He also wanted to know if Mannara knew Priyanka Chopra. After Mannara revealed that she was in fact Priyanka's cousin, there was some joking around. But Munawar couldn't help calling her "door ki rishtedar" (a distant relative) of Priyanka Chopra in his jokes.

Entry by Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma

Television actors Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma made a stunning entrance while twinned in white and dancing to the song What Jhumka. Neil was called "patnivrata" by Salman Khan, who also quipped that Aishwarya had all the necessary characteristics for the role but Neil might be missing a few. Navid Sole, a UK TV personality who identified himself as half Italian and half Persian and a pharmacist by trade, joined them on the Bigg Boss stage.

With Salman, biker Anurag Dobhal records a vlog.

Before entering the Bigg Boss 17 house, biker Anurag Dobhal, well known by the online pseudonym UK07 Rider, got the honor of filming his final vlog with Salman. Sana Raees Khan, a criminal defense attorney, arrived behind him wearing a straightforward black pantsuit.

Arrival of former crime reporter Jigna Vora

Jigna Vora, a former crime reporter, was the second contestant to enter the Bigg Boss 17 house. Jigna admitted that her son's desire for her to take part in the show motivated her to accept the invitation to take part. She spoke with 40 other women about her experience living in a prison. Jigna and Munawar communicated in Gujarati, and Munawar mentioned viewing the web series Scoop, which is based on Jigna Vora's story.

Salman waggles Ms. Ankita Lokhande

Ankita Lokhande and her spouse Vikki Jain arrived in style while dancing to love songs on stage. Ankita revealed her plans to change her attire three times every day as she expressed her joy at making a long-awaited comeback to television. Salman couldn't help but make fun of Ankita's large bag, which contained a silver glass, matching lipsticks for each of her outfits, and other accessories. He jokingly forced Ankita and Vikki to make a pact to cover for one another within the home.

The charges made by Isha Malviya

The Udaariyaan couple, Isha Malviya and Abhishek Kumar, entered the show after having a heated disagreement about their relationship. Isha adamantly rejected their relationship, even accusing Abhishek of previously hurting her physically, despite Abhishek's claims to the contrary. Salman was drawn in by the argument, which prompted a strong warning about the consequences of discussing such delicate topics on public television.

The competing parties

Television actor Rinku Dhawan, gamer Arun Mashettey, actor-model Soniya Bansal, rapper Firoza Khan (aka Khanzaadi), and Sunny Arya (Tehelka Bhai), known for his love of practical jokes, were some of the other hopefuls who entered.
