Salaar, starring Prabhas: Part 1 — After opening to a worldwide total of Rs 157.22 crore in just four days following its December 21 release, Shah Rukh Khan's Dunki trailed well behind Ceasefire, which achieved the Rs 300-crore milestone in just three days.

The latest action film from KGF director Prashanth Neel, which also stars Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran, has made an astounding Rs 325 crore worldwide and is predicted to see a further boost on December 25, the day of Christmas.


Salaar made an incredible Rs 90.7 crore nett opening day on December 22. In India alone, Salaar made Rs 56.35 crore nett on Day 2 and Rs 61 crore nett on Day 3. The film's three-day total revenue at the domestic box office has reached Rs 208.05 crore nett thanks to this outstanding performance.

Shah Rukh's Dunki debuted at the domestic box office with an opening day gross of Rs 29.2 crore nett, rising to Rs 20.12 crore nett on the second day and Rs 25.61 crore nett on the third, all in the midst of Salaar's onslaught at the box office.

The Rajkumar Hirani-directed film, which also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal, saw notable growth on Sunday, taking in about Rs 31.50 crore nett in India. This helped to push the film's four-day domestic collection past Rs 106.43 crore nett.
