Single Ticket Sale for World Cup Knockout Games to Begin on November 9
Fans will have one last chance to purchase tickets for the semifinal and final matches.
On Thursday night, there will be a single ticket sale for the World Cup knockout games, which include the semifinal and final.
November 15 in Mumbai will host the first semifinal, while November 16 in Kolkata will host the second. On November 19, the final will take place in Ahmedabad.
"On November 9 at 8:00 PM, tickets for the three major matches—the first semi-final on November 15th, the second semi-final on November 16th, and the crucial final on November 19th—will go on sale on the official ticketing website, tickets.cricketworldcup.com.
"This will be the last chance for cricket fans wanting to experience the magic and thrill of the World Cup and to witness in person the crowning of a new champion," the BCCI said in a statement.
South Africa, Australia, and India have all advanced to the semifinals. With four victories from eight games, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and New Zealand are vying for fourth place.
