Tamil Nadu CM Stalin Slams PM Modi, Calls Him "Chancellor of Corruption"

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M K Stalin, blasted Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly linking his party, the DMK, to corruption, saying Modi would be a suitable candidate to take on the role of "chancellor of the university of corruption".

Stalin, the head of the DMK, responded to the prime minister's accusation of dynasty politics and state corruption by saying, "If a university for corruption is to be established, then Modi will be the right person to become its chancellor." "Why, one would wonder. At an election rally here on Wednesday, he said, "The BJP is corrupt. The answer is from electoral bonds, to PM Cares Fund and the BJP 'washing machine' of saffronising tainted leaders."

"Prime Minister Narendra Modi avargale, please don't study in Whatsapp university," Stalin said to the prime minister's accusation that the DMK was against Tamil culture. Yaadhum oore, yaavarum kelir is a core value of Tamil culture, meaning "For us, all towns are one, all are our kin." Stalin stated that the prime minister engaged in divisive politics, asserting that if Modi were to win a third term as prime minister, India would not have democracy and urging the populace to send a message that read, "Vendam (No more) Modi" across the country.

Installing a dictatorship would be the only outcome of the BJP taking back power at the center.

"There won't be any state assemblies, elections, or talks in the Parliament. There will only be one culture, one language, and one religion. Stalin said, "He (the Prime Minister) will bury social justice."

He said that since the Modi roadshow was hosted in "DMK's fort," it was a "flop show" in Chennai on Tuesday.

"When Modi spoke in Hindi at the Vellore meeting, the crowd cheered. Many people voiced doubts that individuals from north India were invited to the conference "the president of the DMK remarked as he solicited support for his party's candidates, Thanga Tamilselvan for the Theni constituency and R Sachidanandam of the CPI (M) for the Dindigul Lok Sabha seat.

Stalin added that the prime minister had promised to promote Tamil Nadu and had made these pledges in Hindi. "On behalf of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, I would like to state that Tamil Nadu is progressing and will continue to thrive under the Dravadian form of administration. The state's growth cannot be halted by any amount of Modis," he said.

He said that the prime minister was using religion to divide the populace, and claimed that Modi's criticism of the Congress social justice manifesto—which he claimed was little more than the Muslim League electoral manifesto—only served to highlight the BJP leader's divisive and communal tactics.

Stalin urged party leaders and supporters to spread the phrase "Vendam Modi" throughout the nation, claiming that Modi was unable to win support from the public on the basis of his accomplishments during his ten years in power at the Center.

"There won’t be peace in the country if Modi becomes Prime Minister again," Stalin said.
