Taylor Swift, a singer-songwriter, revealed on Sunday night via an Instagram post that the third and final version of her forthcoming album The Tortured Poets Department is entitled after a bonus tune called The Black Dog.

"Old habits die shriekingly..." File Name: The Black Dog ????Get the exclusive bonus track "The Black Dog" together with the last new version of THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT on my website right now, the 34-year-old wrote, accompanied with black-and-white album covers taken by fine art photographer Beth Garrabrant.

The vocalist of Lover hinted to a line from the song The Black Dog's lyrics on the second album cover. The phrase, "Old habits die screaming," is written next to an album tracklist.

The singer had previously revealed plans to release two new album versions, The Bolter and The Albatross, which were each called after two additional songs.

Fortnight, My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys, But Daddy I Love Him, I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can), the title tune, and a bonus track called The Manuscript are just a few of the 17 new songs that will be on Taylor's album.

Down Bad, So Long London, Fresh Out The Slammer, Florida!!!, Guilty as Sin, Who's Afraid of Little Old Me, Loml, I Can Do It With a Broken Heart, The Alchemy, and Clara Bow are some of the other tracks on the album.

Rapper Post Malone will be featured in Fortnight, while Taylor will be collaborating with the rock group Florence and the Machine in Florida.

The singer of Blank Space had earlier revealed the release of her new album during her 66th Grammy Awards acceptance speech. This year, she had won the golden gramophone for best pop vocal album with Midnights.

Swift posted the album cover on Instagram shortly after making the announcement live on stage. "In poetry and love, everything is fair... THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT, the new album. Out April 19 ????," she said as the post's caption.

A concert video made by Sam Wrench was just published by Taylor, whose The Eras Tour has been extended until November of this year with additional sites throughout the US and Canada. At the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards last year, she also won The Artist of the Year.

Taylor's latest album, Black Dog, is available for pre-order on her official website. April 19 is the scheduled release date of the album.
