Alia began producing movies in 2019 under her own company, Eternal Sunshine Productions. Darlings, a dark comedy released in 2022, was the production company's first effort. Jigra was first shown by the creators in September of last year. The plot would center on a sister's valiant efforts to save her brother at all costs, according to the teaser. September 27 is when Jigra is expected to open in theaters.
The Heart of Stone
In August of last year, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actor made her big screen debut in Tom Harper's spy action thriller Heart of Stone on Netflix. Alia plays Keya Dhawan, a hacker in the movie who is hunting for "The Heart," an AI gadget that has the power to end humankind. Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo, and Matthias Schweighöfer play key parts in Heart of Stone as well.

The song "Sooha Saaha" from Imtiaz Ali's 2014 road drama film Highway features Alia's voice.
