1.Take a Step Back and Reflect: When you find yourself thinking too much, stop and consider the impact on your emotions. Determine the main feeling guiding your thinking. Self-awareness is essential to mental transformation.

2.Find a Diversion: Take part in something you enjoy doing, including volunteering, working out, or picking up new skills. Allocate some time to investigate possible diversion sources or current interests.

3. Engage in Deep Breathing Exercise: Shut your eyes and inhale deeply. Observe the movement of your stomach and chest throughout each breath. Spend five minutes doing this exercise, especially if your mind is racing.

4. Meditate: Take five minutes to practice silent meditation. Shut out the anxious chatter in your thoughts and focus inward.
