One of the most prestigious real estate companies in Calcutta, PS Group, has revealed its most recent project: revitalizing and restoring the Loudon Street Nature Study Park owned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The goal of the park's revitalization project was to improve visitor experiences while maintaining its allure. The project's objectives were to restructure the park's elements, add thrilling attractions, and—above all—incorporate aspects of nature-based education.

A captivating aeration fountain that aims to enhance the quality of the water has also become a major draw for tourists. Moreover, the power plant installation ensures that the park is exquisitely lit long after dusk. The group's dedication to environmental education extends to Nature Study Park, where they plan to host a range of events including flower shows, nature workshops, and educational sessions for local schools. These activities aim to enhance visitors' experiences in the park and promote a closer relationship with the natural world. Returning to its original location, Nature Study Park invites guests to explore, learn, and have fun within its tranquil grounds.

Aquatic life is more vibrant due to the thoughtful planting of a diverse range of littoral and sub-littoral plant species along the newly established soft pond edge. To make the park greener, solar panels have been added.
(Starting from the left) "This project embodies our commitment to 'family time,' fostering community bonds, and inspiring collective action for building a greener, more sustainable world," said project director Arihant Sancheti. Family time at PS Group goes beyond our houses and into the center of our neighborhood.

"Our vision for Nature Study Park on Loudon Street is a testament to our commitment to sustainability and community engagement," stated Pradip Kumar Chopra, chairman emeritus of PS Group. We want to build a zero-waste society and foster a sense of community among our guests by upcycling, recycling, and encouraging a love of reading, all the while highlighting the primary focus on sustainability.
