Sabretooth Returns! New Deadpool & Wolverine Teaser Hints Epic Battle

In the upcoming movie Deadpool & Wolverine, Tyler Mane's archenemy Sabretooth will make his first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in nearly two decades, according to a new teaser released by the producers.

The primary adversary in the 2000 movie X-Men was Mane's Sabretooth, also known as Victor Creed. In the 2009 movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the actor did not play the same character again.

The one-minute teaser opens with clips from the April trailer that the producers released. In order to save his loved ones, Hugh Jackman's Wolverine is shown attempting to persuade Ryan Reynolds's Deadpool to assist him in fighting his foe. The video concludes with Wolverine going up against Tyler Mane's Sabretooth, presumably setting up a big showdown between the two. Deadpool tries to boost his adrenaline while Wolverine gets ready for the battle in the wasteland, which irritates him.

High-octane action scenes and rib-tickling humor abound throughout the trailer. A member of the Deadpool Corps named Dogpool is also featured in the video.

The April teaser for the film teased that Wolverine and Deadpool would be facing up against Cassandra Nova, the evil twin of Charles Xavier.

Reynolds said, "Found the guy who killed Bambi's mom," in the trailer's YouTube description.

Emma Corrin, Matthew Macfadyen, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, Morena Baccarin, and Wolverine are also featured in Deadpool & Wolverine. Reynolds, along with Levy, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells, wrote the screenplay for the movie.

Reynolds released a new movie poster on May 20. The poster features a close-up view of the two mutants, with Wolverine extending his claws and Deadpool brandishing a gun.
