Ayushmann Khurrana Pens Sweet Message for Wife Tahira, Celebrating Her Strength and Talent

With a note and some old photos posted on social media, actor Ayushmann Khurrana greeted his wife Tahira Kashyap Khurrana on the premiere of her first feature film, Sharmajee Ki Beti, on Friday.

Ayushmann continued by praising Tahira for her tenacity throughout the film's production, describing Sharmajee Ki Beti as a heartwarming tale. "Throughout the course of this film, you battled through the most trying moment of your life. He stated in the note, "Perhaps this is why Sharmajee Ki Beti is such a heartwarming narrative.

Ayushmann emphasized Tahira's ability to overcome major obstacles while filming Sharmajee Ki Beti. Since our theater days, you have always been a natural writer and director; now, the world needs to witness your incredible talent, he said.

The 39-year-old actor also extended his congratulations to the entire Sharmajee Ki Beti cast and crew, which made its premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 28.

With the short Toffee, Tahira made her directing debut in 2017. Zindagi in Short (2020), an anthology of seven stories about seven different people and their typical lives, was her next directing endeavor. In 2020, she was proclaimed cancer-free, having received a breast cancer diagnosis in 2018.
