TDP Leader N Chandrababu Naidu's Bail Plea Deferred in Skill Development Scam Case
High Court Postpones Hearing Till November 15, Interim Bond Extended Till November 28
The bail request of TDP leader N Chandrababu Naidu in the Skill Development Corporation Scam case was postponed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court till November 15 on Friday.
Naidu is now free on an interim bond in the case till November 28.
Even though the proceedings are over, the CID asked the High Court to revive the Amaravati Land Scam, which names Naidu and senior TDP politician P Narayana as defendants.
In this case, where Naidu is accused of violating Section 482 of the CrPC and other offenses, G Subba Rao served as his attorney.
The Amaravati Land Scam case was postponed by the High Court till November 22.
A Rama Krishna Reddy, the Mangalagiri MLA, filed a police complaint against Naidu and Narayana in this matter on the grounds that they allegedly took possession of property belonging to members of the SC and ST groups between 2014 and 2019.
