Mother of Kajol, Bollywood Legend Tanuja Under Observation in ICU Due to Age Issues
Due to age-related complications, veteran Bollywood actor Tanuja was admitted to a hospital here on Sunday night.
The 80-year-old actor is reportedly admitted to an ICU at a Juhu hospital, according to a source.
"She's being watched over. She's doing fairly well. Nothing to be concerned about," the source informed PTI.
Renowned actor Tanuja has acted in a number of Bengali and Hindi movies. She is the daughter of producer Kumarsen Samarth and former actress Shobhna Samarth.
She is the mother of well-known actress Kajol and the sister of Nutan.
Tanuja is well-known for her parts in the movies "Mere Jeevan Sathi," "Baharein Phir Bhi Ayengi," "Jewel Thief," and "Haathi Mere Saathi."
