The caste survey report presented to the Bihar legislature states that there are around 80 lakh graduates in the state, or 6.11 percent of the overall population.

As to the study, the highest number of graduates are those in the Other Reported Classes (ORC), with 24,534 individuals making up 13.45% of the entire population.

On Tuesday, the report was presented to the legislature. The survey said that there are 7,83,050 graduates from the Scheduled Caste, which makes up a pitiful 3.05 percent of their overall population, and that they are followed by 26,95,820 graduates from the general category, which represents 13.41 percent of their total count.

According to the statistics, there are 10,76,700 postgraduates overall, or 0.82 percent of the population. Including chartered accountants, there are 95,398 PhD holders worldwide, or 0.07 percent of the total population.

According to the data, just 9.19% of individuals (1,20,12,146) completed their upper secondary exams, and 14.71 % (19,22,99,97) passed class 10.

Only 15 lakh individuals, or less than 2% of the population examined, were claimed to possess laptops with regular internet connections, according to the research.

15,08,085 people have laptops of their own and are regularly connected to the internet. This is 1.5% of the 13,07,25,310 respondents in all," the statement said.

The survey said that 10,147 members of the ORC, or 5.56% of the entire population, own laptops with internet access. In second place, 6,33,864 members of the general public, or 3.5% of the total population, had laptops with internet access.

According to the research, 95,490 members of the Scheduled Castes (SCs) have laptops with internet access, or 0.37% of the total. It further said that 2,55,59,507 individuals, or 99.49 percent of the SC population, do not have access to laptops.

As to the data, a mere 1.57 percent (20,49,370) are employed by the government.

According to the report, the percentage of people in the organized and unorganized sectors is 1.22 and 2.14 percent, respectively.

Housewives and students make up 8,82,91,275, or 67.54 percent of the total population. According to the statistics, there are 2,18,65,634 laborers, or 16.73 percent of the entire population.
