"My body hurt, but I told myself to embrace the challenge and see how much I could handle today," Katrina wrote on Instagram, sharing several videos from her workout.

The 40-year-old actor claimed to have developed an alter ego while in training.

"So even though I was exhausted, SHE wasn't because she was heading to battle!Your body won't stop you until much later than your mind does. When you make up your mind, stick with it and don't give up!" she exclaimed.

Katrina claimed that the "Tiger 3" team is now able to "deliver even more dynamic action than before," proving that their hard work has paid off.

"I'm eager to introduce the world to #Tiger3 right now... anxious, thrilled..Only a few days remain," she said.
