In an intriguing "twist," competitors from the most recent season of MasterChef India will join forces with contestants from the current season of the cooking reality program. Tonight's episode, which will air on SonyLIV at 8 p.m., is expected to include a blend of talent from the two seasons of the show.

The show's creators say that the top six competitors from the previous season will collaborate with six of the current season's nine contenders, contributing their knowledge and perspectives. As they have already gained safety in the competition, competitors Nambie Jessica Marak, Kenneth G, and Subhojit Sen will not be taking part in this challenge.

Suraj Thapa and former participant Kamaldeep Kaur (KDK) will collaborate to create a culinary marvel out of bitter gourd. Rukhsaar Sayeed and Santa Sarmah will take on maan dhaniya (coriander), while Nidhi Sharma and Aruna Vijay will have to work their magic with tamarind.

Gurkirat Singh and Kriti Dhiman will be experimenting with different berries. Suvarna Bagul and Harish Closepet will collaborate to incorporate the taste of green chiles into their meal. Mohammed Aashiq will collaborate with MasterChef India season one champion Nayanjyoti Saikia to make a dish with fermented soybeans.

"The competition took on a whole new dimension with the return of our former competitors. The ingenuity in the kitchen was soaring as everyone contributed their priceless experiences. It was amazing to see how the skill from this season was combined with the knowledge from past seasons. A judge on the show, chef Vikas Khanna, remarked, "It was inspiring to see these culinary forces unite and create masterpieces on a plate."

Nayanjyoti Saikia, the winner of the previous season, stated, "Being crowned MasterChef India was a pivotal moment in my life." In addition to changing my father's opinion of me, I am currently working on creating my own restaurant. It has been a rewarding experience to work on this challenge with the home cooks, and I think it will inspire them to reach new culinary heights.

Another former competitor, KDK, shared her experience, saying, "MasterChef India has given me an identity." The exposure has been enormous, and I've had a ton of requests for collaboration. I loved every second I spent with the home cooks, even if this task was quite the rollercoaster. She remarked, "I think they all have a great deal of potential to leave their imprint in the culinary world.
