PM Modi Accuses INDIA Bloc of Corruption and Anti-Sanatan Sentiment
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses a public meeting for Lok Sabha elections, in East Champaran district.

A "big blow" will be dealt to the INDIA group, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who on Tuesday said that it represented corruption, appeasement politics, and a "perverted anti-Sanatan mindset" and that the results of the Lok Sabha poll would be made public on June 4.

During an electoral rally in Bihar's East Champaran Lok Sabha district, the prime minister also made veiled jabs at politicians such as Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav, and Tejashwi Yadav, claiming that they were "born with silver spoons".

"The nation cannot move forward with the sins of the INDIA bloc, which stands for corruption, appeasement politics, represents the 'tukde-tukde' gang and a perverted mindset that heaps scorn on Sanatan Dharma," he stated.

"The INDIA bloc was worn out during the first round of the elections for this reason. It was beaten in the later stages. The pattern will continue in the next two phases, and when the ballots are tabulated on June 4, the results will deal a serious blow to the opposition alliance's plans," he asserted.

Congress, according to Modi, wants to alter the Constitution so that people who engage in "vote jihad" can "snatch" reservations from SCs, STs, and OBCs.

"If Ambedkar was not there, Nehru would not have allowed reservation for SCs and STs," he said.

Additionally, Modi became enraged when opposition parties criticized his government's social programs, accusing them of having "bundles of notes stashed away in Swiss banks" and failing to relate to the average man because they were "born in a poor family."

"They were opening accounts in Swiss banks, while the people of India were starving," he claimed.

Modi stated, "I am informed that the 'waaris of jungle raaj' has been saying I will be advised bed rest after the Lok Sabha elections," making reference to Tejashwi Yadav, who he did not name specifically. Congressman'shehzada' claims he wants to see me cry. Slogans like 'Modi teri kabr khudegi' (your grave shall be dug) are publicly chanted by his party. The statements showed a lack of empathy on the part of those "born with silver spoons, who have never known what is a life filled with struggles," Modi said, alluding to Akhilesh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh. "These people have a counterpart in Uttar Pradesh who says I have reached the end of my life and hence contesting from Varanasi."

Modi also mentioned in his speech the much-discussed feast that Gandhi hosted last year at Lalu Prasad's house.

"Those who refused the invitation to the consecration of Ram temple in Ayodhya had no problems in sharing a meal with the corrupt," he stated.

Modi also called his own Gujarati roots "the janmabhoomi (place of birth)" and Mahatma Gandhi's "karma bhoomi" in East Champaran.

"The Congress betrayed his ideals upon coming to power and devoted itself to promoting the interests of one family," he claimed.

"During my first ten years in office, I have filled in the gaps that the Congress left behind. As he discussed his push for welfare measures like bathrooms for women "who had to suffer physical ailments because of the absence of this very basic of all amenities," Modi declared, "I intend to speed up progress in the next term."
