On Wednesday, actor Prabhas revealed the tough appearance of his Salaar co-star Prithviraj Sukumaran from the latter's next Malayalam movie The Goat Life.

I'm excited to present the first look poster for Prithviraj Sir's #TheGoatLife, a journey that celebrates the resilience of the human spirit! Commence this incredible journey of survival beginning on April 10th, 2024," Prabhas wrote accompanying the image on his Instagram account.

In the recently published poster, Prithviraj portrays a maltreated Malayali migrant goatherd in a whole new avatar. The actor wraps a brown blanket around himself and stares directly into the camera, his face covered with scars, his eyes flashing and his beard matted. He appears to have shed a good deal of weight in preparation for the part. Across the poster is written, "Every breath is a battle."

Prithviraj thanked the Baahubali star on Instagram shortly after Prabhas shared the story. The 41-year-old actor posted on his Instagram account, saying, "Thank you, #Salaar."

"The story of survival and optimism is just waiting to be told! Prithviraj wrote, "Experience the ultimate adventure on 10.04.2024," next to posters in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Hindi, and English.

The poster was also posted on Hombale Films' Instagram story. Hombale Films is the production house behind Salaar, Prithviraj's 2023 movie. "Sending our best wishes for this story of hope and survival to our @therealprithvi and the #TheGoatLife team." "The first look looks intriguing, and we eagerly anticipate the captivating cinematic journey to unfold," the business remarked in reference to the poster.

The Goat Life, dubbed "the greatest survival adventure ever," is based on Goat Days, a 2008 book by Indian author Benyamin. It tells the tale of a Malayali immigrant who was compelled to labor in Saudi Arabia as a goatherd.

Produced by K.C. Eapen and S. Prabhakar under the Visual Romance label, the survival adventure drama also stars Amala Paul, Jimmy Jean-Louis, Talib al Balushi, Gokul, and Rik Aby. A.R. Rahaman is the composer of its music. The Goat Life, directed by Blessy of Thanmathra, will open in theaters across the globe on April 10.
