At Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid gave their supporters their 36th La Liga trophy. Subsequent to the festivities, they defeated Alaves 5-0, with two goals from Vinícius Júnior and one from Jude Bellingham.

In addition, Madrid's Arda Guler and Federico Valverde scored. The team had not played in the Bernabeu since winning the league two rounds prior. The team celebrated their victory on Sunday by going through the streets of Madrid; however, due to a concert taking place at the Bernabeu, it was unable to hold its customary celebration there.

Madrid was unable to celebrate their victory over Cadiz on May 4th, as they had to play Bayern Munich in the Champions League semi-finals a few days later. They prevailed 2-1 in that match to proceed to the June 1 final against Borussia Dortmund in London.

"I'm quite happy with how the squad performed. We must establish a solid rhythm. We still have a crucial game to win to cap off our season," Vinícius stated.

"Playing here has always been my dream as a child, and now we can help many other kids who want to be here but are unable to do so by delivering this victory."

Before the game, the Alaves players formed a guard of honor for the Madrid players, standing close to the sidelines and cheering them on as they took the field. The league trophy was carried onto the pitch by Madrid captain Nacho Fernández.

Pictures depicting the other 35 league titles were positioned all around the midfield circle.

In a 4-0 victory at Granada on Saturday, head coach Carlo Ancelotti once again started with the starting lineup after giving them a break. In the 10th minute, Bellingham scored the first goal, followed by Vinícius in the 27th, and Valverde in the first half stoppage time.

In the 70th, Vinícius secured his second, and in the 81st, Guler completed the victory.
