Shah Rukh Khan Likely to be Discharged from Hospital After Heat Stroke
Bollywood superstar undergoing treatment in Ahmedabad
According to a police officer, Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, who is receiving treatment at a hospital in Ahmedabad following a heat stroke, is probably going to be released on Thursday.
Regarding Khan's health, the private hospital has not yet released a statement.
On Wednesday, the actor was admitted to the multispecialty K D Hospital.
On Tuesday, he traveled to Ahmedabad to see his Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) club play in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
"Khan continues to get care at the hospital. Om Prakash Jat, the superintendent of police for the rural area of Ahmedabad, stated that there was a chance he may be let go today.

For the past few days, a severe heatwave has been plaguing several districts of Gujarat.
Ahmedabad city was experiencing a "heatwave" on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to a report from the India Meteorological Department (IMD), with high temperatures of 45.2 and 45.9 degrees Celsius, respectively.
With a commanding eight-wicket victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Qualifier 1 here on Tuesday, KKR advanced to their fourth IPL final.
Videos posted by the KKR official X account showed Khan, along with his kids AbRam and Suhana Khan, taking a lap of honor in celebration of his team's victory.
At the stadium, Khan had also greeted players and supporters.
KKR will play Sunday in the final in Chennai.
