Tiger 3 Box Office Collection Drops on Day 4

Tiger 3, the Maneesh Sharma-directed espionage action thriller starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, had a sharp decline at the box office on its fourth day of release, earning a meager Rs 22 crore.

The most recent addition to the YRF Spy Universe has brought in a total of Rs 169.5 crore in India to far, while its global gross has reached a total of Rs 241.85 crore.

Tiger 3, which also stars Emraan Hashmi, debuted on the big screen on Sunday, earning Rs 44.5 crore nett. The Telugu and Tamil versions added Rs 1.3 crore nett and Rs 2 lakh nett to the purse, while the Hindi version contributed Rs 43 crore nett.

On its second Monday, the actioner saw a significant uptick in sales, with 32.58% more money coming in at Rs 59 crore nett. On Tuesday (Day 3), it brought in Rs 44 crore nett, indicating a 25.42 percent decrease in revenue. But on Wednesday (Day 4), things became worse since the Salman-starring film could only make half of what it had the day before.

In terms of four-day domestic box office receipts, Tiger 3 has become the fourth-highest grosser of the year, despite its declining numbers. In the first four days, Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, brought in Rs 341.8 crore nett, while Pathaan, also starring Shah Rukh Khan, brought in Rs 220 crore nett. Up to Day 4, Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 brought in a net total of Rs 173.58 crore.
