Titans Aim to Upset In-Form Rajasthan Royals in Jaipur Clash

When Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals play each other in Jaipur on Wednesday, they hope to snap the former team's undefeated record in the IPL 2024.

Rajasthan has won four of their last four games, therefore they haven't had any losses. The Titans have played a patchy game, winning only two of their last five games.

The Titans face a difficult assignment considering the performance of the Rajasthan spinners and hitters. The Titans will hope that their bowlers enjoy a solid day at work because the key to taming Rajasthan is to keep their batsmen quiet.

With the exception of opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, Jos Buttler, skipper Sanju Samson, and the rapidly developing Riyan Parag have all shown strong batsmanship for Rajasthan. But the Titans do have the players to contend with Rajasthan.

Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad, the Afghan spin duo, will be crucial. Mohit Sharma, a cunning veteran bowler, will also be crucial.

But the Titans are also worried about the composition of their team and batting order. Injury kept South African David Miller and goalkeeper Wriddhiman Saha out of the previous game. Do they fit? Captain Shubman Gill has a lot on his mind if not. Matthew Wade might have a closer look.
