Abir Chatterjee and Mimi Chakraborty Reunite in Romantic Comedy Directed by Premendu Bikash Chaki

Abir Chatterjee and Mimi Chakraborty reunited for Premendu Bikash Chaki's romantic comedy Alaap after the success of Raktabeej. In addition, Tonni Laha Roy, Debopriyo Mukherjee, Kinjal Nanda, and Swastika Dutta feature in the movie. Three main characters who work for several IT businesses are the focus of Alaap: Pablo Majumdar (Abir Chatterjee), Aditi Mitra (Mimi Chakraborty), and Swatilekha Sen (Swastika Dutta). They run into each other at the workplace, where a sequence of events takes place.

"My family is Abirda. We've known each other since the beginning of my professional career. We get along very well with one another. With Abirda, I can talk about everything and anything," Mimi Chakraborty said.

This is a charming tale of old-fashioned romance. Director Chakida is a gem whose storytelling style is very unique. Pablo has a solid job and works for an IT business. Despite being a self-assured man, he is rather reserved. The tale revolves on how my character meets Mimi's character, Abir stated.

With his most recent film, Love Marriage, Premendu Bikash Chaki stated: "The film tackles relationship subtleties and commitment concerns via a romantic comedy. The movie demonstrates that "bhalolaga" and "bhalobasha" are two distinct concepts.

Participating at Alaap was an amazing experience. I owe a debt of gratitude to Chakida for providing me with Monon and for helping me bring him to life on television. He was quite rigorous about the performances he expected of us, but he also made sure that there was always a cheerful vibe on sets. I doubt that the public has ever seen me in a role similar to this one before. The chance to develop a friendship with Abirda was the icing on the cake. Abirda made sure that the relationship between Pablo, his character, and Monon seemed genuine on television. I learned a lot from being able to see his working methods, his grounded and disciplined demeanor, and his acting style, according to Debopriyo.
